Dear Sir/Madam,

The board of Directors of Minoan Lines has decided the suspension of the Venice itineraries.

For existing bookings and issued tickets, free full board and 10% discount will be provided to the passengers who decided to travel with our vessels in Ancona Line.

In addition, for all passengers with origin or final destination the port of Corfu (Venice – Corfu – Venice Line) free full board and 20% discount will be provided instead of the 10% valid for the rest of the destinations. The same 20% discount will be granted to Venice Line passengers who will change their tickets for the second time.

Tickets issued with the Early Booking discount will be reissued for the Ancona Line with the same discount being applied, plus the aforementioned 10% discount.

Camping On Board reservations in Venice Line can be converted either to Camping All Inclusive reservations in Ancona Line (if you travel with the vessels Cruise Europa and Cruise Olympia) or into Camping On Board reservations for the vessel Europa Palace. In both cases free full board is provided.

Free meals will be offered to passengers that are ultimately  travelling in Ancona Line. You will receive meal vouchers/coupons from the ship’s reception, which can be exchanged for free meals at the Self – Service restaurant of the ship.

On the Patras – Ancona route, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner will be provided to each passenger embarking from Patras or Igoumenitsa ports.

On the Ancona – Patras route, 2 lunches, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner will be provided to passengers disembarking at Patras port and 1 lunch, 1 breakfast and dinner will be provided to passengers disembarking at Igoumenitsa port.

For your best convenience we will send you guidelines and a web application which permits you to manage your new reservation by yourself.
